Refunds & Returns
Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days of purchase. Your item(s) must be in new condition for the return to be accepted. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Items that are not eligible for returns or refunds include: sale/clearance items, made-to-order items, and custom orders. Shipping charges (returns) are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping
In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces will be shipped within 2–4 business weeks, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that The Prairie Pearl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been transferred to USPS.
We are also not liable for sizing or measurement errors made during the ordering process by the customer.
